A Page of Fresh Breaths and a Return
This is for the space between what was and what’s next ... literally
Let’s pause here together for a second.
Not a big dramatic pause.
Just… a moment to breathe.
That’s where clarity lives—not at the end of your to-do list, but somewhere in the in-betweens.
The little resets.
The tiny thresholds that open between one thing and the next.
Here’s what that looks like for me, in real life:
🌿 After a 2-3 hour stretch of creating, I take the dogs for a walk or I sit outside with a beverage of choice in my hands. Taking in the nature and the refreshing disconnect from my project for few minutes.
** My version of a smoke break—sunshine, breeze, deep breaths. Providing a space for awareness and clarity and my breath to arrive.
🌿 When I’m shifting from self-care into work mode, I sometimes empty the dishwasher or wipe down the counters. A shower works too. A small task that helps me transition with presence, before switching gears.
🌿 Between two back-to-back actions steps on my Priority Checklist, I might set a timer and organize a drawer or shelf. It doesn’t take mental effort, but it gives my brain a refresh making way for clarity.
These are the kinds of pauses that don’t require you to do anything profound.
They just invite you back into rhythm.
✨ No pressure. No performance. Just a return to what’s true. ✨
And if you want something gentle to carry with you this week—something to keep in your bag, your heart, or your browser tab—I made this for you:
🪴 A soul-soothing little companion filled with prompts and phrases that help you breathe again when things feel murky.
Try one line. Try one question.
Let it meet you where you are.
Because clarity doesn’t have to come with a grand gesture.
It can arrive softly, in the space between dishes and emails.
In one moment of presence.
Here’s to the breath you didn’t know you needed.
And the clarity that’s already waiting for you to notice it.
With gentleness,
Jenn 🌿
