Can we please leave #HustleCulture to the people who thrive in that kinda space? I see them and it’s impressive but I’m just not her.
Ok so yes, I’m cracking up as I type this because I can already hear you:
“Jenn, I swear you don’t sleep!”
But here’s the truth—I can do it pretty much anywhere. And, yes, one of my superpowers is that I tell my “to-do” list what to do; it doesn’t get to boss me around, especially when it comes to my need to quality rest and sleep.
I’ve mastered the art of being efficient and effective, and I use it as my #1 tool to manifest a life I truly love. And guess what? Every single time I slow down, it changes everything for the better.
Every. Single. Time.
So here I am again: slowing the hell down.
This Year’s Theme: I Am the Solution
Let’s be real—yes, I’m the problem. But damn it, I’m also the solution.
The beginning of this year is all about choosing the next best path for my new 2025 desires while giving grace to what hasn’t manifested. Some things will fall away to make room for the new, and others will bloom in their own time.
I’m reminding myself to continue to #trustdifferently. Here is the key!
I already have everything I need to manifest my next chapter.
The Secret Sauce to Manifestation
Let me let you in on a little secret I’ve learned about how I manifest:
Manifestation isn’t just about calling in what you desire—it’s about owning where you are right now.
If you’re frustrated, focused on lack, or stuck in the “I don’t have it yet” spiral, guess what? That energy becomes your reality. Your emotions run the show, and your current vibe? It’s of your own making.
Tony Robbins said it best: “Energy flows where focus goes.” And somehow, I still need this reminder from time to time!
So here are some choices I like to consider:
Course correct if I’m not loving it.
Embrace what’s working with gratitude and appreciation to shift the focus back to what I truly want.
Or keep the blinders on to the joy that’s already here (spoiler: this one’s a trap).
I do own my freewill!
Gratitude Isn’t Always Easy
In the past, when I heard, “Just be grateful,” I’d think: WTF? How? Especially when it felt like the world was against me.
But here’s the thing: you can feel frustrated and still find gratitude.
Grateful you’re not where you were. Grateful for the lesson (even when it sucks). Grateful for the light shining on the life you’ve already manifested—even if it’s not the one you want. There’s gold in that too.
It’s not about flipping the coin and
gambling between victimhood and gratitude—it’s about picking up the damn coin and turning it over yourself. Life may rock your foundation and flip that coin back to its “darker” side, but you have the power to pick it up and turn it over again.
Here’s the truth: if you don’t learn the lessons life is teaching, the foundation will keep shaking until you do. It’s a nudge to course correct, pivot, and address the habits or patterns blocking your joy and goals.
My 3 Steps for Manifestation Without Burnout
Take Ownership
You are responsible for your life’s current state—whether consciously or unconsciously, you created it. Acknowledge this and use your free will to pivot and change your circumstances.Access Your Choice
Ask yourself:Do I want more of this? If not, intentionally shift your focus and make the necessary pivot (no avoidance, just action).
Can I embrace gratitude for what I’ve manifested? Celebrate the wins, no matter how small. Gratitude opens the door to trust, clarity, and confidence.
Trust Yourself
Manifestation doesn’t begin with gratitude—it begins with unconditional trust in yourself. Gratitude seals the deal with joy and confidence, reminding you that you already have what it takes to create your reality—always, anytime, no matter how hard it seems.
You Are the Solution
Yes, #TaylorSwift is right—I’m the problem. But I’m also the solution. And guess what? So are you.
You are the secret sauce to your success.
So here’s to 2025: to trust, gratitude, and the choices that bring us closer to the lives we’re meant to live. Let’s manifest wisely, intentionally, and joyfully this year.
✨ HOLY HELL YES PLS! Let’s do this.
XO, Jenn
